Adapt or die They've been told to adapt or die They've been told that they won’t survive One more time into the ring Finger trigger rests against the head We should let them know We have to let them stand around Until the end One more time into the ring One more time none comes in It never ends Adapt or die Waiting for a chance to die Every time I've gone and found What to expect Find there would find It’s just better It’s just a peace sign You know it’s just adapt or die Guitar solo Rolling down like thunder in the rain Thunder makes life fun again So whenever someone tells you Listen up and don't complain It’s easy as some new kind of pain Nearer to the flame so you won’t get burned Flying high again and higher than before Adapt or die Life’s now shorter than we've ever expected before Theres no rhyme or reason Theres no secret ending Just grind your teeth and try to make it more fun Adapt or die

One day I came home Saw no-one there One day I came home When there was nobody there, She's too fast and burning home Deadliest ones don't carry guns She's complaining again You'd better run Cos Kittie’s got a gun Treasure in again, no one’s there One inciting and not even there One a fan another had When you been away All of a sudden she's home Kittie’s got a gun Bang bang am dead Shot right in the head Bang bang am dead Shot right in the head You'd better run from a chick with a gun You never know what she's capable of She might tell you some white lies But she won’t lie when she's pulling the trigger Hey you'd better run Cos baby’s got a gun You'd better run Cos Kittie’s got a gun

Mysterious mood swings Temporary high Wounded ego, empty soul Bad moist soul habits I don't call my own, sugar blues Going to the trouble of an ice-cold dissimulation Anger is the fuel I use to get better (negotiate what I have) (my mind doesn't care if I get sick) Mask of chronic worry, we don't want to know Hoping for the miracle, lifelong dream The dying sun and silent stars preaching a lie Deprivation of a clear sense enduring the rift Getting drunk quickly by not much wine, cheerful pessimism Going to the trouble of an ice-cold dissimulation Anger is the fuel I use to get better (negotiate what I have) (my mind doesn't care if I get sick)

about

Adapt or Die

Seven years after Anamnesis, the bands sophomore effort (sadly still unavailable digitally) Blues rock is back with a vengeance, as new blood is injected in The Blues Voodoo with newest recruit, guitar slinger Jim Pastasciutta - Master of the Telecaster.

The band takes on a more contemporary, bleak outlook and freaks out in style; a guitar album dedicated to the doom-scrolling crowd that knows the end is in sight.

It's also MSSR records, lucky 23 release.
